Solo organ concerts in Russia, Belorussia, Lithuania, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Germany. As organist plays together with the Chamber Choir of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, State Academic Chamber Choir, Children Choir of Bolshoi Theater under Boris Tevlin, Vladimir Minin, Stanislav Kalinin, State Symphonic Orchestra «New Russia», Symphonic Orchestra «Russian Philarmony», State Symphonic Orchestra of TeleRadioCenter, State Symphonic Cinematography Orchestra, Academic Symphonic Orchestra of Moscow Philarmony under Jan Latham-Koenig, Ken-David Masur, Andres Mustonen, Valeri Gergiev, Vladimir Spivakov, Yuri Bashmet, Alexander Sladkovsky, Vladimir Yurovsky, Teodor Kurentzis, Vladimir Ponkin, Sergei Skripka, Saulus Sondetskis, Maxim Fedotov and others.
Participant of various international festivals. As a soloist of the Studio New Music, ensemble of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory took part in recording a CD by MEGADISC Company (Belgium, 1999).
Solo CD record «Marianna Vysotskaya plays the Westenfelder Organ of the Luxemburg Conservatory» (ART CLASSICS, 2004).
Graduated cum lauda from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory with three qualifications: organ (Prof. Alexei Parshin), musicology (Prof. Galina Grigorieva), contemporary interpreter practice (Prof. Vladimir Tarnopolsky).
Candidate of Art History (1996).
In 2000-2002 studied at the Conservatoire de Musique Ville de Luxembourg under Prof. Jean-Jasques Kasel. Participant of the International Masterclasses under the guidance of Jean Guillou (L’Eglise St.Eustache, Paris, 2001).
Winner of the First Prize of the Interrégional Supérieur Competition of Organists (Luxembourg, 2002).
Since 2001 ― member of the Union of Composers of Russia.
Since 1999 ― accompanist Subdepartment of the Choir Conducting, since 2008 ― associate Professor and since 2013 ― Professor in the Subdepartment of contemporary music of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
